A substantial part of our real estate practice is involved in the handling of real estate related workouts. In addition the firm routinely handles matters relating to the purchase and sale of large facilities including work throughout the area with respect to shopping centers of various sizes. Counseling and representing clients concerning landlord/tenant issues has enabled the firm to develop unique expertise in this area.
