With more than 50 years of legal experience to draw from, senior partner Irving Silver provides counsel on complex business and estate planning matters. These include the administration of estates and trusts, succession, philanthropic and business planning, and the formation and operation of charitable foundations.
Raised in Holyoke, Massachusetts, he served in the United States Air Force before graduating from the University of Alabama School of Commerce and Business Administration. He holds a juris doctorate from the University of Alabama School of Law. He and his wife Frances are the parents of Hedy Rubinger (of Atlanta) and Evan Silver (of Boston), and the grandparents of Jill, Scott, Adam & Eric, and Dylan Charlotte.
